Goal

This informal group is aiming to:

Ramp-up minimum distance before joining a triathlon training clinic

Develop minimum endurance to swim a first small (Speed) triathlon (500-700 meters).

Or, develop minimum endurance to join a Master Swimming club

What's in it for me?

This informal group is aiming to:

  1. RACE GOAL - Set a goal towards a race and a timeframe (June 2006).

  2. TRAINING SCHEDULE - Have common training schedule with a group

  3. GROUP SUPPORT - Motivation with a commitment to a group

  Concept

Train on your own during the week.
